Cheerleading tryouts in less than 6 days!!Plz help?

k so im trying out for cheer this year and i would loveeeee it if you could give ame tons of tips for what to do in front of the judges and what not to do... the coach said that we dont have to have a backhand spring which is pretty good.... but i really need help on like she said that the cheer clinics start at 3:00 and the school ends at 2:55!!!so i wanted to know we they let you change your clothes for cheer tryouts??cuz i dont think that i can change my clothes in less than 5 mins.... plz help on any andvice(:
