Is this normal for a 13 year old?

Hi, my name is Maciej i am from Poland. I am 175 cm and 89 kg. I have heavy bones just like my father. :( I was wondering if is my penis big enough. Its 4.5 inches (11.9 cm) erect. Is that normal. I just turned 13 3 months ago
