Heart has been skipping/fluttering 3 + times every 10 seconds?

All day today, my heart has been skipping/fluttering. It's really starting to bother me. It actually doesn't feel like skipping, but it feels like it doesn't finish a whole beat before it starts the next one and then the next one pounds a little harder. It's been doing it all day 3-10 times in 10 seconds. Like every 3rd beat or something. I've had problems with my heart racing/skipping beats for a long time and went to the dr. for it and they did an EKG and said everything was fine, but it's really freaking me out. It's never done it like this, this often or all day. It DID race for about 2 minutes earlier and then been skipping like this all day. I no longer have insurance, so I don't want to go to the dr, really unless this sounds not normal.
