What is this game called?

whats the name of this game,i used to have it on my ps2 years ago it was about a car that can be driven on water or land, you had to do missions with it and it could shoot too, i really cant remember what its called but maybe the word prototype means something because i remmeber that word when i think about the ame, if you know then please let me know its killing me lol
