Has anyone ever heard of PHP Poland?

I was offered a job for a company called PHP Poland as a Paypal manager for their sales in the United States. I was wondering if this is a legitimate business? I'm not comfortable sending them my SS number if I'm not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.
