FIFA online 2011 how is it possible that I won but then it shows that I lost. Without turning the game off.?

How is it possible that I won a game on FIFA online 5-1 but at the end of the ame I lose point. Then I check my record and I lost the 3-0. I did not turn the game off. I even clicked continue until the screen where I accepted a rematch. Anyone knows what's going on???
