CAN I CHANGE MY THIRD CLASS (AME) EXAM TO 1st or SECOND CLASS?

Im wondering if i can change my medical flight exam from third to first, the reason i got third was because the place where i got my third was super expensive, and now for commercial training i need 1st , can i easily change it, My Health is good , 20/40 vision
