Do I have the same rights as everyone else my age?

I'm 15 and from poland. I was born and raised there until the age of 11 years old. I have moved to scotland 4 years ago. In poland the rights of a teenager are different and I was wondering if I have the same rights (e.g. when i reach the age of 16 i can moved out, have sex) as every other teen in the uk?
