How much wind is there a year and is there wind every day?

I was marking wind on the calendar up until the point I can see the sky astronomically where I wouldn't have to mark the date in Kanji on the calendar about the weather. Is wind normal and did I not or did I have to mark it if I really wanted some real data? My data was originally to deal with how much rain we get a year and whether or not rain always happens on the precise days of the year or not in comparison to other astronomical planets not receiving any rain.
