Lot of burn marks after laser hair test patch?

I got laser hair removal test path treatment today on bikini area and is burning & irritating the whole day i lifted my knickers up and notice i had a lot of burn marks on the test patch area,what should I do. the clinic is londonpremierlaser aldgate east; Did anybody got treated at this clinic for laser hair reduction;please help what should i do; will this result in a scar; it is very painful; Physician applied alovera gel after the patch test; But i think because the machine is new the clinic is new physician is qualified is originally from Poland but is not experiend to treat asian skin and might not know good english.I am continuously applying icecold packs. hope it doesnt result in a scar
