My steam acount isn't working can someone help?

okay In case the person who may answering this may not know what steam is its a game sight were you can buy and play games like gmod anyway I have been trying to get on this sight again for about a month now it is possible that I am mistaking my password but I have my password over 35 times at first I thought it was just one sight but I asked a question like this on another of there web site of theirs but the question gets rejected I had a problem like this a while ago but It NEVER got as bad as this can someone help if you have had this problem before and fixed It I could really use the help. p.s ame thing is wrong with garrysmod.org and I do not looking to make a new profile.
