Why don't you ever hear about deadbeat moms?

I'm a single dad before my kids ame to live with me I paid my cs.My x hasn't paid a dime in three years. oh and the court cant find her. But the wont take any action either. Anyways I just been noticing deadbeat moms on the rise. anyone else?
