Why is my 2002 chevy impala hesitating when I drive?

have you had the sensors checked,my van would lug and jump sometimes when i was driving even die when i came to a stop,i found out i had to replace the 02 sensors,the better flow of fuel might of clogged your old sensor's causing your emission control unit to malfunction
