Can i sell water for the summer like on a red light when cars stop in new jersey?

ok if this matters. im an american. getting off school. is it ok to sell water on a red light on some highway? there are no other people there. i guess i 'discovered' it. im trying to pay some things off independently. im 15 as well. so please. just help me with this. do you need they city its in? its in north bergen in NEW jersey. they are going to be poland springs bottled water. thanks/
