Does the world care about Stalin ordering 50 million deaths, nobody seems to have ever wanted justice?

uhh, considering that nazi germany killed over 20 million russians, im not sure stalin had 50 million to spare. what do you propose we do to get justice, dig him up and slap the corpse around? maybe throw it in prison?
